ARAUÁN is an AI-native platform; Footing is its first product, in invite-only early access for commercial construction contractors. Footing surfaces the public bids that fit a shop, grounds every estimate in real pricing history, and sets a contractor's number beside the market range so the gap is visible instead of hidden behind one tidy total. The principle underneath it: don't hide uncertainty, label it. I define the strategy, design the architecture, and build directly in Claude Code and Cursor, the same hands-on, working-product way I build everywhere.
